About Course
This module provides an introduction to securities exchanges, covering their key functions, why they matter, and how they contribute to the financial markets’ development. The module gives particular emphasis to the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX) highlighting its organizational and market structures. This module also highlights the essential role that securities exchanges play in helping businesses raise capital, encouraging people to save and invest, and boosting Ethiopia’s economic growth.
